I loved last night's Supernatural. LOVED. Sam needs to wear more tshirts. And Jensen needs to stop being so unreally pretty. Ok, not really, I just don't know whether it's humanly possible for him to get any more beautiful. And that was one of the funniest hours of tv Supernatural's delivered in a while.

Noah Wyle has taken over my brain. Not only am I bulldozing my way through umpteen seasons of ER, I also watched his Librarian movies. They were actually surprisingly fun, the first one and the third one (Quest for the Spear and Judas Chalice) were especially enjoyable. In Wyle's own words, the movies are what the Indiana Jones movies would be like if Indiana Jones was played by Don Knotts (although I guarantee there's no comparison when it comes to hotness :D). Also, they have cool female leads, especially in the first movie (Sonya Walger and Kelly Hu mmm) who are actually the action heroes. And the ER series finale is next week. I can't wait! [speaking of ER, if anyone has any idea about how I could find episode 2 of season 10 (titled The Lost) please drop me a line. All my google fu has been fruitless :(]

I was wondering about something. I've done commissions for leahwoof and villainny, are there other people who would be interested in commissioning me for artwork? They won't be fanart; original artwork, artwork of you or family members etc. are all fair game though. So, pentapus and I were thinking about how there wasn't an SGA flash community dedicated solely to art. Flashfic obviously accepts all forms of fanwork, but we were thinking that the prompts in an art-only comm would be geared specifically for artwork (of all types). The prompt each round might be words or an image itself or even an actual base that the artwork would have to be built around. Logistics have not yet been thought out since we're just trying to gauge interest at this point, and therefore, poll:

The use of "you're such a girl" is inoffensive to me used once per many, many words especially since it is canonically established that Dean does say it. And whatever, guys do that. Women can say non-PC gendered things to each other too. However, it does not seem to be practiced in moderation in some fic. It is not necessary to have your character say "you're such a girl" all the time, in every story, in every alternate paragraph, and is especially annoying when the character is not necessarily saying it with any fondness either. /rant

Additional information: My fandoms are SGA and SPN. No Sam/Dean (SPN) and not particularly interested in drawing Carson (or Rodney other than in a John or het context) (SGA). Other than that, female characters are loved, het is preferred -especially for SPN- and slash (F/F, M/M) is welcome. Please do not post screencaps of shows, and images need to be larger than icon size. Much trepidation at this post given my usual artwork being rather predominantly gen, but still, could be fun. Not first come first serve and I might not get to everyone given my speed, but there shall be kissage dammit!
