Thankfully, I have all those spices as my SIL cooks Indian and gave me some a while back. I have them well sealed and will mark this page so I can print it out when I get home. (Am sorta on vacation in Alabama!) We had carry out from my family's favorite restaurant, "Passage to India," when I landed in MI last week and the naan was to die for. Can't get that where I live sadly.
