Is this any particular verse? Because I see Teyla with a sword scabbard, so I think Samurai AU (::flails in DELIGHT::), but there's also Rodney with his laptop in the background, so maybe not.

Or oh! It could be like Kill Bill, where you've got contemporary people walking around with katanas (and on airplanes, too!) like it's just business as usual.

...what's the sword for? (ie. whose ass is she going to kick next?) And how do you get the water so water-like? I love the way the light glitters off the water John's splashing on his face. Is bewdiful.

The sword is for Teyla to look cool with weapons as opposed to cool without weapons. I have very little depth, it's all about the cool.

Randomly awesome! You are so talented. The water is perfection. And, as always, I'm drawn to John's hair. And his forearms are *guh*. And Rodney in the background, hands typing away. There's such a sense of soft fluid gentleness to this. I love it.

Oh, wow. I *adore* this. John is absolutely fantastic, and I love the glimspe of Rodney and how Teyla is foregrounded. Plus the gray gradient/white highlights work gorgeously.

Seriously, this is one of my favorite things you've done, and that's saying a lot.

Oooh, I like! I like the way you communicate a lot about the scene, and that there is so much going on, but you don't actually fill in a ton of detail. The shine of the water is lovely; Teyla's foot and toes are kind of adorable; and John's bare forearms and hands are yummy. :D
