I saw her in a car commercial and felt weirdly let down, like she was betraying something by not being John's wife, Dean's and Sam's mom. I have issues.

Whoot! I am SO EXCITED, you have no idea. I'll wait as long as it takes. I do have most of the next scene written, so maybe I'll have it by the time scene nine rolls around?

Mary is absolutely radiant. (And John's 'look what I got' expression is what he probably was like once upon a time.) Sheppard is a perfect rendering and Sam's certainly in pissy mode -- I love that he dwarfs Sheppard, the way he dwarfs practically everyone.

Thank you! The process of drawing this was interesting where I kept thinking "aww, look at them!" but also knowing the end, it felt kind of sad too. And yeah, Sam is ginormous, at first I thought I made him too large, but no, he just is that huge.

Jared has a good 3 3/4 to 4 inches on Joe, so yes, he would loom!

These are quite lovely icons/illustrations. The "Bad Hair Day" one is particularly adorkable.
