Oh knowledgeable people here, I'm a part time employee, as well as self employed (freelance stuff), could I deduct health insurance premiums from my tax return? I see I can do that if I were completely self employed, but not sure about me since I get a W2 as well from my part time job, though I have no medical benefits there. Also, if my health insurance premium is more than my self employment earnings, but less than my part time earnings, would it still qualify for deduction?
Erm, if no one knows the answer, is there any good place that you do know of where I can get an answer from? I searched online, but mainly got answers about the self employment income part.

Last time I was self-employed (which admittedly was quite some time ago), only a percentage of health insurance premiums were actually tax deductible, so you might want to check the IRS rules on that.
